Protected or Just Insured?
You built your practice for your family. Make sure it’s protected, not just insured.
Gary met 50 practice owners at Smile Together this fall. Most thought insurance, an LLC or a trust had them covered. In one live hour, see where the gaps hide, and 5 moves to make before December 31.
For dental, veterinary and aesthetics practice owners · Bring your spouse or partner · No financials needed
When we go live, there are 51 days left in 2026 to make these moves.
Gary was sued in his own business. Not for doing anything wrong, but because he had money. This masterclass is what he didn’t know then.

Gary Harker
Founder & CEO, Harker Advisory · Lehi, Utah
Gary isn’t an attorney or a CPA. He’s an entrepreneur, and years ago he was sued in his own business. Not because he did anything wrong, but because he had money. He didn’t know how to protect himself then. As he puts it now: lawsuits are rarely about right and wrong. They’re about money.
So he built Harker Advisory to help owners learn it before they need it: a coordinated team of CPAs, attorneys and advisors who work alongside the professionals you already trust, so the advice finally fits together.
Think of it as having a caddie. You still play the shot, but you know the course before you swing, and you spend fewer evenings wondering what you missed.

What You’ll Get When You Show Up
5 tools to see your whole picture, and bring better questions to the people who advise you

The 60-Second Exposure Check
Ten yes / no / unsure statements about what you own, how it’s titled, your insurance limits, your trust and your personal guarantees. It takes about a minute.

What Your Answers Suggest
What your count says: a clear map, a few pieces worth confirming, or time for a coordinated review. Plus your two most important questions.

Your One-Page Exposure Map
Practice, building, equipment, home, investments and trust: who owns what, and what protects it, on a single page.

The Questions to Ask Your Advisors
Ask for coordination, not four separate answers. Five questions that put your attorney, CPA, insurance professional and financial advisor on the same facts.

The Year-End Move List
Five planning conversations to have with your CPA before December 31, each with the exact question to ask. Handed out in the session only.
The full Exposure Check, in your inbox
Tools 1 to 4 arrive by email the moment you register. Finish it before the session and bring your two biggest “unsure” answers to the Q&A.
A live 30-minute Q&A
Gary stays after the presentation to answer as many questions as time allows. Bring a question about your own practice and get a straight answer about what’s worth looking into next.
What Practice Owners Say
Clarity for the practice, and a little more peace of mind at home
Molly O'BannionVeterinary Practice Owner“You took me from paying almost $100,000 in taxes to less than $50,000 this year. That's half. And this is the first year since 2019 that my company taxes have been filed on time. You know how freeing that is for the rest of my year.”
Dr. Gavyn Smith, DDSEndodontics“Gary brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to complex financial situations and does a great job explaining options in a clear, practical way… His guidance has been very helpful in navigating tax and legal questions with confidence.”
Adaobi Egwuagu, DDS, MSDoctor of Dental Surgery“As a new business owner I didn't know what I didn't know, but now I am able to read my financial statements and understand them. That clarity has been so good for me.”

Before You Register
Is it really free?
Yes. There's no cost to attend. At the end, Gary will explain how to book a complimentary Personal Wealth & Risk Review with him if you'd like to look at your own situation. That's entirely optional.
How do I join on the day?
At 6:00 PM MT (8 PM ET) on Tuesday, November 10, go to harkeradvisory.com/live. It opens the live stream on YouTube, in your browser or the YouTube app. Nothing to install. We’re also live on Facebook. To ask Gary a question, post it in the live chat (you’ll need to be signed in to YouTube or Facebook to comment). We’ll also email and text you the link.
Can my spouse or business partner join?
Please bring them. Decisions about protection, structure and taxes usually involve more than one person, and it's easier when everyone hears the same thing. Your join link works for both of you.
Who is this for?
Owners of dental, veterinary, plastic surgery and aesthetics practices, typically with $500K to $5M+ in annual revenue. Other high-earning business owners are welcome too.
I'm happy with my CPA and attorney. Is this still useful?
Yes. This isn't about replacing anyone. Harker works alongside the professionals you already trust. You'll leave with better questions to bring to them.
Will there be a replay?
Yes, for 72 hours after the session. But the live Q&A and the Year-End Move List are live only, so join live if you can.
Do I need to share my financials?
No. You'll use the Exposure Check on your side of the screen. Nothing is collected during the session unless you choose to ask a question.
